FACTS AND FIGURES - LONG DISTANCE
If you want to register for the World Championship ranking, you have to be selected by your national Triathlon federation.
For the OPEN wave, no qualification at another race is required. The maximum number of participants is 500; first come, first served.
If you register early for the OPEN wave, you can move to the World Championship category at any time once you are confirmed by your federation at no additional cost.

With the POWERMAN Ambassador Program, you can get 100% of your entry fee back.
All you have to do is refer three friends to participate in the POWERMAN ZOFINGEN long-distance event!
World Triathlon Powerman Long Distance World Championships – Total: 30’000 USD
- For women and men
- Only for Elite category
- Time limit +10% on 2nd place
- Withholding tax must be deducted for foreign participants
- Prize money will be paid out only after the result of the doping test
- Elite athletes will not be classified in age groups

COURSE MAPS FOR LONG DISTANCE 2024
The Powerman 2024 returns to the tried-and-tested course of the previous year, while diligent planning continues in the background. Minor adjustments are not ruled out to further improve the event.
To enable all athletes to prepare optimally, details of the running and cycling routes are now accessible. These can be viewed through the links provided below: visually engaging through an animation on "Fatmap" and practically as a GPX file for download. Please note that the route configurations are not yet finalized and are primarily intended for personal preparation. The transition area is not detailed at this time and will be provided later with a comprehensive overview plan.
